SIDE PLANK SCOOPS 

Rotate through the obliques; twist & turn! 

Sweep arms out to sides and bring head, neck, and shoulders off the mat reaching arms long and lift one leg up and in towards the chest.

SWEEPING SCISSORS

OBLIQUE CRUNCHES

Sit back on the firm part of the butt; lift knees toward the elbow

V-UPS 

Keep your legs straight and lift them up as you simultaneously raise your upper body off the floor. Keep your core tight as you reach for your toes with your hands

PILATES 100S 

TIP: Extend legs out long, pressing the low back toward the ground. Lift shoulders off the floor and begin to pump the arms.
