- 1/2 cup frozen mango - 1 cup frozen kale - 1/2 banana - 1 cup ice - 1/2 cup almond milk - 1 scoop protein powder

1. Add together all ingredients into a blender and blend. 2. Blend on low speed to start, finish on high speed until well blended
