PLANK TO BEAR PLANK 

TARGETS: core and lower abs, shoulders. To Modify: hold a plank from your knees.

PLANK + TRICEP PRESSES 

TARGETS: core and triceps. To Modify: hold a plank from your knees and press triceps back!

ARMY CRAWL + SIDE PLANK OPEN

TARGETS: center abs and obliques To Modify: hold a plank from your knees - still opening up for the side T plank - just from the knees!

2 PLANK JACKS + 2 SPIDERMAN 

TARGETS: center abs and obliques! Keep the shoulders stacked over the wrists during this one!

PUSH UP + DOWN DOG 

TARGETS: core, chest, and shoulders!  Spice up your plank by adding a push-up and down dog motion!
