Crispy Ranch Roasted Chickpeas
Crispy ranch roasted chickpeas which are packed with protein and fiber and can easily be made in the oven or air fryer.

Homemade Ranch Seasoning:
- 1 ½ tablespoons buttermilk powder or nutritional yeast for dairy free/vegan
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried chives
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
OVEN:
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Spread them onto a clean kitchen towel or use paper towel and pat them. Let them sit for 45 minutes to 1 hour at least to dry well. Discard any skins that come loose.
Add dried chickpeas to a bowl and toss with the olive oil seasoning. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
AIR FRYER:
