Easy Homemade Guacamole

- 2 avocados seed removed and peeled
- ½ jalapeño pepper seeded and chopped
- ¼ red onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ - ½ of a lime juiced
For the Garnish
- chopped cilantro, cherry tomatoes, red onion
Add avocados to a mixing bowl and use a potato masher or fork to gently mash the avocado, leaving it slightly chunky.
Stir in the jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, garlic, sea salt, and lime juice. Taste and add more lime or salt, to taste.
Scoop into a serving dish and serve with cut up veggies or tortilla chips.
