- ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup finely grated carrot
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 tablespoons raisins
Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan, stir well to combine and bring to a gentle simmer.
Cook for ~5-7 minutes or until oats have thickened to desired consistency.
Serve with desired toppings.
