Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup finely grated carrot
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons raisins

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan, stir well to combine and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Cook for ~5-7 minutes or until oats have thickened to desired consistency.
  • Serve with desired toppings.
