Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder*
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips*

Instructions

  • Add chickpeas to a food processor and process until they start to form a paste. You may need to use a spatula to scrape down the sides a couple times.
  • Add the protein powder, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Process until a ball of dough forms.
  • Add chocolate chips and pulse 2-3 times or until the chocolate chips get dispersed in the cookie dough.
  • *Use vegan versions of these ingredients for a vegan-friendly and dairy free dip.
