- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oatmeal
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 banana mashed
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips
- 1 scoop of vanilla or unflavored protein powder
Mix up all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Use a spoon or small cookie scoop to make round ball shapes (roll with your hands as well to help form balls). Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Transfer to the refrigerator for approximately 35 minutes to firm up and chill.
