No Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop of vanilla or unflavored protein powder

Instructions

  • Mix up all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Use a spoon or small cookie scoop to make round ball shapes (roll with your hands as well to help form balls). Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Transfer to the refrigerator for approximately 35 minutes to firm up and chill.
