Roasted Sweet Potatoes

- 4 cups sweet potatoes
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil or melted coconut oil
- Seasonings to taste:
- Garlic powder
- Cinnamon
- Cumin
- Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cut sweet potatoes into cubes or wedges.
Toss in a ziploc bag with oil until fully coated.
Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until soft.
