Ingredients

  • 4 cups sweet potatoes
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil or melted coconut oil
  • Seasonings to taste:
  • Garlic powder
  • Cinnamon
  • Cumin
  • Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Cut sweet potatoes into cubes or wedges.
  • Toss in a ziploc bag with oil until fully coated.
  • Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until soft.
