  • 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup milk skim milk or unsweetened plant-based milk
  • ½ cup plain unsweetened yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • ½ banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder plain or vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
