Shallow bowl
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Toppings of choice chia seeds, berries, coconut flakes, nuts, etc
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor. Start on low speed and gradually increase the speed as the ingredients start to move. Use the blender tamper as needed to press the ingredients back toward the blade.
Once pureed, pour smoothie into a bowl.
Place toppings of choice on top of the smoothie bowl.
