Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon magnesium glycinate powder
  • ½ cup tart cherry juice
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup prebiotic soda we recommend gingerale or lemon lime flavor

Instructions

  • Add the magnesium and cherry juice to a tall glass and mix well with a spoon or electric whisk to dissolve.
  • Add ice and the prebiotic soda (just enough to top off the glass). Serve!
