This dip is an explosion of Mediterranean flavors.  The veggies on top make it light and fresh, but the creamy cheese and hummus underneath give it that wholesome finish that creates the perfect mouthwatering dip.  A great dish to serve as an appetizer or bring to a pot luck.  The most beautiful part of it all is that it’s low cal- only 159 calories in 1/3 cup serving.  What’s not to love?


  • 6 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz hummus
  • 1 ½ teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • ½ cup diced grape tomatoes
  • 10 pitted Kalamata olives, diced
