These delicious almond butter chocolate chip cookies are full of flavor, protein and nutritious ingredients. They’re super soft and chewy and completely grain and gluten free. Plus they have 2.5g fiber and nearly 5g protein to keep you satisfied. At only 110 calories per cookie, you’ll want to put this recipe on repeat. Oh and not to mention, they’re super yummy!!


  • 1/2 cup natural drippy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (only if your almond butter isn't salted)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup protein powder of choice
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • Optional Add-Ins
  • 2 tablespoons of dried cherries and/or coconut flakes
