Recipe: Very Berry Chia Pudding

This healthy, easy-to-make snack or delicious breakfast recipe is protein-packed and full of fiber and will keep you full for hours!  It takes just 2 minutes to prep, and all you have to do is throw the ingredients into a bowl, stir them up, pour the contents into a jar, and store it in the refrigerator overnight. Voila! You’ll wake up to a delicious breakfast treat waiting for you!


  • 2 cups non-dairy milk
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2-3 tbsp pure maple syrup, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
