When you hear “truffle,” you probably think the recipe must super complicated, right? Nope. Well, not in this case anyways! These beautiful vegan truffles are bursting with pistachio flavor and only require a grand total of four ingredients: raw pistachios, dark chocolate, coconut oil, and powdered stevia. Make a batch for a party and prepare to hear, “Whoa, you really made these?” all night.

Ingredients

  • Pistachio Filling
  • 6.34 oz. raw pistachios, shells removed
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
  • 3/4 tsp. powdered stevia
  • Chocolate Coating
  • 8 oz dark, dark chocolate, roughly chopped or broken
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 to 1/3 tsp powdered stevia
