Check out these Garlic Roasted Root Vegetable Fries! Everyone loves fries, but they’re usually so unhealthy! Enter: the garlic roasted root vegetable fries. The veggies get a major flavor boost from the duck fat, which adds a layer of savory flavor, & garlic seasoning. These fries are a delicious twist on everybody’s favorite unhealthy snack, and are so tasty. They’re delicious on their own for some (healthy) snacking, but even better (in our opinion) dipped in your favorite sauce! With just four ingredients they’re super easy to make and you’re going to love them!
- 1 ½ pounds root vegetables of choice (i.e. parsnips, rutabagas, beets, carrots, sweet potatoes, etc.)
- 1 ½ tablspoon duck fat
- 3 cloves of garlic, pressed or finely minced
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
