Looking for an easy low carb, high protein lunch?  Look no further, we’ve found the ULTIMATE delicious pack-n-go green roll!  This roll is filled with protein from quinoa, edamame, turkey, and hummus, then all wrapped together into a green cabbage leaf.  It’s quick and easy to whip up, and stores well in a Tupperware, so you can easily take it anywhere.  Great to make for your own to-go lunch, or even to send with your kids on their way to school!

  • 1 green cabbage leaf
  • 1 Tbsp hummus
  • 3 pieces of turkey
  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup edamame
  • 1/2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
