I love the holiday season!  It’s always nice to get together with family and loved ones, and share homemade dishes and warm conversation.  The best thing to share with your family is by far dessert!  While I totally have a sweet tooth, I’m also very aware of how dangerous that can be.  This healthy pumpkin pie will satisfy your family’s cravings without sabotaging your health.  It’s so creamy and delicious, no one would even guess it’s healthy!

Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • pinch pure stevia
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
