Doubled the recipe for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it (non-Vegans alike)! So moist and delicious. Added 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut. Didn't have time to process oats into flour so used almond flour and subbed one TB maple syrup for molasses (tried replacing maple syrup for molasses but just wasn't as good). This is a keeper and a sharer!
