We are fans of grab and go snacks and these bars top our list.  After you make them – keep them in the fridge for up to a week.  If you like Larabars, you will love these – just fruit, nuts and protein.  They satisfy you, taste yummy with a cup of coffee or tea and are great for a pre or post workout snack!   We love anything with pumpkin in it and these bars do not disappoint.  Homemade alternative to store bought bars!

If you are new to collagen powder, it’s similar to protein powder but is known to be good for your hair, skin and nails.  We also substitute protein powder in it’s place if you already have that at home. It works too just has a slightly different purpose!


  • 8 pitted medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup raw pecans
  • 1/2 cup raw whole almonds
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • 2 tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup collagen or protein powder
