Since I am obsessed with pumpkin, these homemade Reese’s Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cups jumped out at me! Unlike store-bought peanut butter cups, this recipe only uses whole ingredients you can actually pronounce. Plus, pumpkin and chocolate is a heavenly combination!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • nunaturals vanilla drops to taste, or 2 tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 1/4 cup liquid virgin coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon (and optional pinch pumpkin pie spice)
  • Note: You can omit the first three ingredients and simply melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips
