Packing lunches for work or school can get tiresome without variety. Add this super yummy veggie-packed sandwich to your repertoire and never be bored again. Made with an avocado spread that may just translate to every other sandwich you’ll ever make, this flavor packed sandwich is a winner. Plus it’s vegetarian and can easily be made gluten free with gluten-free bread.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup avocado, mashed (about half of a small avocado)
  • 2 tablespoons salsa of choice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice + additional for serving
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 1/3 cup spicy sprouts (a combo and radish and clover sprouts)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
