Recipe: Mango Green Tea Smoothie

Two of my favorite flavors make for an awesome mango green tea smoothie. This thick, creamy tea smoothie is so refreshing and has all the nutrient benefits that you would get in a cup of green tea! The Mango, lime, and tea combine for a tropical flavor making the perfect Summer smoothie.

Total Time: 3 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed green tea
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 3 ounces non-fat plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 4 ice cubes
Directions
- Add ingredients in the order listed above to smoothie cup. Blend on low speed until large pieces are broken up. Finish on high speed until well blended.
