  • 2 1/2 cups mushrooms
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1 cup yellow onion
  • Marinara Mixture
  • 2 cups organic marinara
  • 2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup 1% cottage cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • For the Top
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozarella

what is sprouted quinoa and where can I find it?

    Hi - Sprouted quinoa is a bit more readily absorbed nutritionally in the body because it's been soaked in water, rinsed several times, and allowed to "sprout" on its own. You can find it at most grocery stores (we like the brand TruRoots) but you can also find it online.
