A fresh delicious dessert for under 100 calories that’s jam packed with antioxidants! This light sorbet has the creamiest texture and is full of natural fruits that add a ton of flavor. This sweet, and refreshing sorbet is easily prepared in only a few minutes. You do need about 2 hours for it to freeze, but your guests will be so impressed with this bright and tasty sorbet!
Total Time: 75 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or blender
- Process until entirely smooth, about 2 minutes
- Pour through a fine mesh strainer held over a freezer safe container to catch any chunks of fruit that the processor left behind. (This step ensures a smooth consistency, but is entirely optional)
- Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving for best consistency
