Ingredients
- Classic Vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced shallot
- 1 teaspoon chopped thyme
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- Salt
- Asian Teriyaki
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1.5 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Raspberry Citrus Vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 orange, juiced
- 1/3 cup mashed raspberries
- Green Avocado Dressing
- 1 avocado
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup packed arugula
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 cup water (or more depending on how thick/thin you like it)
- Salt
Directions
- For the first three recipes, combine ingredients in bowl and whisk. For the green avocado dressing, place everything in a food processor and blend together until smooth.
