  • For the Caramelized Onions
  • 1 large red onion
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • For the Kale
  • 4 cups kale
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 18 ounce tube polenta
  • 1-2 cups vegetable broth
