Weeknight dinners are a continual struggle for most women we know. Whether you work full time and don’t get home until 6 or are a stay-at-home mom to little kiddos whose tummies are always hungry, getting a healthy dinner on the table in minutes is key. That’s why we’ve been fans of Trader Joe’s for a while. While we typically like making things from scratch and being able to control all the ingredients, TJ’s has plenty of short cut options that are actually super healthy and make dinner way more doable. Here are some of our favorite quick and easy meals you can make this week all using Trader Joe’s products. Oh and we’re also including a grocery list for you just to make life simpler. You’re welcome.
