Here at Get Healthy U, we want to challenge you to become your healthiest self. Whether you have a specific goal in mind—like working your abs or mastering your push-ups—or simply want to slim down, gain more energy, or eat cleaner, we’ve got you covered with a plan to reach that goal. Most of our challenges are 28 days long, while some are a week or two weeks long.
