I’m a journalist by degree who then became a certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. For 35 years, I’ve helped hundreds of thousands of women move more, eat healthier, and feel comfortable with process of aging.
I love sharing all the things about women’s mindset, health, and fitness. My favorite things include walking, working out, healthy cooking, a glass of wine and being with family and friends.
