Do you love pizza? or tacos?  My sons love both, so if your family is anything like mine, they will love this recipe.  It also kicks a craving for tacos or pizza!  With only 370 calories per pizza you can even spice it up by adding salsa or guacamole and still feel like you made a healthy choice for dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup refried black beans, heated through with taco seasoning stirred in to taste
  • 1/4 cup mexican 4 cheese blend
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1 roma tomato, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 Tbsp Salsa
  • 2 Tbsp Guacamole
