This beautiful magenta smoothie is fruity and refreshing, starring iron-rich beets and raspberries and vitamin-C-rich coconut as the main ingredients. Unlike most healthified smoothies, this one has no sneaky greens lurking in the mixes. You can add any of your favorite nutritional powders, but this smoothie uses one with superfoods that support balanced blood sugar, energy and mental clarity.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons grated beets
  • 1 scoop Megafoods Daily Energy Boost powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

Although It states tablespoons of grated beets, it doesn't indicate how many??

    One beet should suffice in order to get 1-2 tablespoons of grated beets!
