Who doesn’t like a little rum now and then? I know I do! This Banana Foster Smoothie tastes just like the classic dessert but in liquid form. The recipe is quick, easy, and dairy free! If you’re not down for making your own caramel sauce like prescribed, a store-bought version will do. Just remember when you’re shopping that the less ingredients on the label, the better!

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 Tbsp Rum
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • ½ Cup Light Coconut Milk
  • Coconut Caramel Sauce
  • Coconut milk whipped cream (optional)
  • 1 13 oz can full fat coconut milk
  • ½ Tbsp Sugar
