I’m all about my crock pot.  It’s the easiest way to make dinner stress-free. This recipe is hearty, incredibly filling, and absolutely delicious.  It’s even Weight Watchers friendly. It’s the ultimate guilt free comfort food!  Perfect for a chilly autumn or winter’s day.

Ingredients

  • 1lb skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • 2 medium Yukon gold potatoes
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 large celery stalks
  • 2 cups reduced fat all-purpose baking mix
  • 2/3 cup reduced fat milk
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 cups fat free chicken broth
  • 1 10.75oz can Campbell’s Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
