Chickpeas are an awesome source of plant-based protein. This garlic parmesan roasted snack make the perfect quick bite for vegetarians and carnivores alike. They are crunchy, flavorful, and super healthy. You can play around with the spices and flavors to make it a little milder or give it an extra kick! I personally am not one for spice, so I excluded the cayenne pepper. The garlicky parmesan was plenty of flavor for me. They are deliciously addicting!


  • 2 cans garbanzo beans
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • option: cayenne or curry powder
  • pepper to taste
