  • 1 can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 bag gardein beefless ground
  • 1/4 cup parsley
