Black Magic Peanut Butter. How awesome is that name? I’m loving this recipe because it doesn’t have any refined sugar but tastes like you are eating dessert (in the morning!). Plus, it’s high in iron, calcium and protein! This fun PB goes great on whole wheat toast, plopped on oatmeal or licked straight off a spoon!


  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons blackstrap molasses (or other liquid sweetener of choice)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (at liquid state)
