This honey garlic chicken chickpea salad is SUPER simple to make. This healthy recipe uses the, “Protinis” brand of pre-cooked honey garlic chicken. One of our team members uses this pre-cooked chicken for her lunches and loves it. If you want to use plain chicken and season with a little garlic powder and honey that works really well too!  This is an easy low-carb protein packed lunch. Serve on a bed of fresh greens, and this is soon to be one of your new go-to meals!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken (I used protinis honey garlic chicken)
  • 1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
