Have you ever had a Cliff Bar?  They have a delicious chewy cookie like texture, but are actually pretty nutritious. These bars remind me of cliff bars, but have only 5 ingredients, no preservatives, no soy, and can be made gluten-free if you use certified gluten-free oats!



  • 3/4 cup quick oats or rolled oats (60g)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup freeze-dried raspberries or strawberries (28g)
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice (Nut-Free: use Sunbutter) (80g)
  • 1/4 cup agave or honey (60g)

Where does one buy freeze dried fruit?
