You have got to try these vegan berry cashew cream no bake dessert bars! This healthier sweet treat is super creamy and sweetened with honey, agave, and dates that give this frozen dessert a delicate sweetness. We are pretty obsessed with cashew cream, and were even surprised that this super rich recipe was dairy free!
Ingredients
- For The Crust
- 2/3 cup roasted cashews
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped dates loosely packed
- For The Layers
- 2 cups roasted cashews soaked in water overnight
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup honey (substitute agave for vegan recipe)
- 1 teaspoon raw vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup strawberries roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup blueberries
