  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 ounces 80% dark chocolate
  • Coarse sea salt

I am allergic to Gluten and Almond Flour. What would you substitute for the Almond Flour?

    Hi Kathy - we personally haven't used a substitute in this recipe and substituting differing flours can be a little tricky. But maybe you could try a coconut flour? I'm guessing there are lots of articles out there are gluten free and almond flour substitutions you may eant to check out.
