This healthy 5 ingredient appetizer is crispy and delicious! These yummy avocado fries are a delicious starter or side and baked not fried so not greasy at all. This healthy snack only takes 15 minutes to bake, is easily made gluten-free, and becomes creamy, crunchy, snack food perfection!


  • 2 large or 4 small avocados, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup flour, such as garbanzo flour
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs, gluten-free if desired (Or make your own by processing toasted bread in a food processor)
